Peet's Coffee - Reserva de mesa

Today, I visited Peet's Coffee and had a fantastic experience thanks to Emilio at the Crow Canyon location. His customer service was exceptional. I ordered two small lattes, but he accidentally made two large ones instead. He quickly apologized for the mix-up, as he had charged me for the larger drinks. He promptly issued a refund and prepared my original order without hesitation. Emilio truly demonstrates that he cares about his customers and understands the importance of customer satisfaction. I will definitely keep coming back to Peet's Coffee if I consistently encounter someone like him. Thank you!

Today I went to Peet's Coffee and Emilio, the work in Crow Canyon location was amazing. He has done an excellent customer service. I asked for two little lattes. He made a mistake that he gave two big lattes. He apologised me right now because he accused me for two grand. Instead, he gave me a refund and my original order. He shows he takes care of a customer. He knows what customer service satisfaction means. I always come to Peet when I find someone as Emilio. Thank you.

The manager working on Oct 16th at 10am ish was handling her job flawlessly. She had to deal with a line out the door, me complaining about my door dash order, among making sure the customers knew she was backed up from the register being down while making food and drinks. She was on it and I appreciated her and the other employee helping me with my complaints and finding a solution.

This is the worst peets I patronize, their drip coffee is often not ready when they open and wasn't ready at 6:20am this morning. I do not like waiting for a cup of coffee, I only order their drip and if I have to wait again in the morning for a darned dripped cup of coffee I'll never step foot inside this crappily run store again. Really enjoy Peet's coffee and usually get it when I'm in NorCal. This location has been really good in the two weeks that I've been here and the service is top notch. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good cup of coffee.

I ordered a cappuccino with creamy microfoam as advertised. But what I got was this. Nothing like the beautiful picture on the website and what's micro about this foam? It's more of frog foam nest.

WHY IS IT MY ORDERS ARE TAKING TOO LONG? ITS BEEN 30 MINUTES AND MY ORDERS STILL NOT READY! I JUST DECIDED TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND GO TO STARBUCKS! THEY ARE ABOUT A HUNDRED TIMES FASTER!
