Peet's Coffee And Tea

I visited this Peet's location on a Saturday evening around 7 PM. It is nestled within one of the nooks of Fairfax Corner Mall. (Full disclosure, I prefer the Peet"s roast over Starbucks and the general, overall feel of their cafés. I like coffee, often get it black, and don't much enjoy lattes. I will get mochas or Capps or just coffee with a packet of sugar. I got a Havana Cappachino, which h is a Capp made with a mix of espresso and condensed milk and I brought home a Harvest Honey Latte for my queen. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. An employee started calling people to leave at 5:45 PM, telling everyone they needed to exit because the place was closing in just 15 minutes. He was even standing by the door, staring at me, waiting for me to close my laptop and leave. It was only 6:00 PM—there was no need to rush us out like that. I've worked in hospitality and understand the importance of respecting customers. Just because the staff wanted to leave earlier doesn't give them the right to treat patrons dismissively. Very poor customer service.

I enjoyed the atmosphere, but unfortunately, the products didn't quite meet my expectations. My chai latte was decent—it was warm but not hot, and it did the trick. However, I’ve definitely had better lattes elsewhere; this one was rather plain and almost a bit watered down. My cinnamon scone was similarly unremarkable. It tasted good, but again, it was just average and nothing to get excited about.

We ordered two caramel pumpkin lattes and an oatmeal and they were delicious. The folks working on our drinks handled a belligerent customer while making our drinks extremely well and politely. They were courteous, efficient, and kind. I would absolutely come back here again.

I decided to stop by while out on a walk, and order a small Yuzu Citrus Black Tea Shaker. A little pricey, but a refreshing tea all around. I?ve had their cold brew as well, and as someone who enjoys the flavors of coffee, I vastly preferred this over Starbucks.

The food arrived quickly, especially since this was my first experience with DoorDash and dining at Peet's! The sandwiches and coffee were hot and delicious. I will definitely order again!

Every time when I walked in to Peet's Coffee, makes me feel like home. Smells of coffee and my favorite Caramel Macchiato is the one always make me happy and smile.??????????????????

Love the way they always pack orders with so much care!! Their iced matcha latte is one of the best Ive had! Never disappointed with the quality of each item.

This is a lovely coffee shop! I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I was pleased to find they serve delicious tea instead.
