The food here is exceptional—truly top-notch with no complaints whatsoever. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable (just be mindful not to overorder, as they serve a lot!). This place offers an authentic Korean experience, especially with their Jjajang-men and Tang-su-yuk. My personal favorite is the Gan-Jjajang, which is a freshly stir-fried version of black bean noodles. My American friends really enjoyed the Kkan-pung chicken and its delicious sauce. I visited at 3:30 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The Jjajangmyeon was completely dry, and the Jjajang sauce had thickened to the consistency of rice cakes. The jjamppong was poorly seasoned and was served lukewarm. If you go during off-peak hours, you might end up with whatever leftovers are available from earlier sales. I won’t be returning.

Peking Gourmet is really mid. The food itself is good, but the only drinks this place has is water and hot tea, that’s quite all. I rather eat else where.
I used to come here every weekend back in high school and college 10 years ago, and it is still great today this time when I’m back in LA.
This is the best Chinese restaurant in Garden Grove! The noodles are small but delicious, and the main dishes are consistently great!
