General On a recommendation of an acquaintance, we visited Beijing Pavilion Restaurant for the first time on Sunday evening at 9 a.m. I was told that it was one of the few Chinese who cooked without glutamate. For me, glutamat-free cooking is a really important point because I am always very happy to eat Chinese, but it is usually not possible to enjoy it afterwards, as I have a light to medium-heavy glutamate tolerance. One of the few remaining addresses in Göttingen for good Chinese food! And so central, I think that's great. For many years, I've been over and over again and it's never worse. Since the beginning, the food has just been pointed, everything has always been cooked on the point (ice beautiful crisp) and very lovingly dressed. Go and thank you!
