A bit hidden in a side street is this restaurant. Unfortunately without terasse or beer garden. Set up a bit cheesy, but who likes it! The host is cunning friendly, There was a tomato soup with sheep cheese and crabs for food. Fantastic! Then the usual plates with lots of meat and lamb and gyros. Everything is very good, especially hot, which is often not the case with international restaurants. I'm sure you go back.

Classic Greek cuisine and carving in many variations: The kitchen in the Peleponess is rustic, naturally fleshy and very, very tasty. Souvlaki, Gyros and Co. are juicy and well seasoned. Nothing is fried dead. You taste the experience and handwork at the stove. The service is friendly and fast. The interior is somewhat patinated, which is in no way in the way of pleasure. I was positively surprised.

The restaurant is an institution in Menden. Theo is now doing this for over 30 years. Every visit is an experience. The host, the food and the ambience is not too torn. We must have experienced that.
