I ordered online the Philly, a cold Italian and a medium fry. I do live that far and left to pick it up almost immediately. I arrived within five minutes after placing my order and was handed one bag. I told the worker that I ordered fries and was informed it was they were in the bag. I asked why would you put my hot sandwich and fries in the same bag as my cold sandwich and was told to have a good night. I get home, open my bag and the sandwiches were OK but really my medium fry looked to be half eaten and cold. Great sandwiches very poor customer service. If I ever order from there again it will not be online. That way I can see and avoid this type of situation.
We visited this restaurant for the first time earlier this evening to take a break from our usual Jimmy John's and Jersey Mike's, and it was incredible! The sandwiches were fantastic, the hand-squeezed lemonade was outstanding, and those chocolate chip cookies—wow! They tasted so fresh and homemade. The restaurant itself was spotless (they were actually mopping the floor when I arrived and quickly came over to assist me), and the staff was very friendly, going above and beyond to greet me and say goodbye when I left. I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you, everyone!
This Penn Station location has the best staff out of any sandwich shop in the area, and that is why it is my top choice. Particularly, Gordon is an employee that ceaselessly carries a smile and friendly demeanor. He welcomes you, he makes sure you are taken care of and satisfied with your order, and he genuinely asks how you are doing. It is people like that that make the world a warmer place through small acts of kindness. Great job, Penn Station and thank you Gordon.
This is definitely our favorite sandwich shop! We particularly enjoy their hot Italian sandwich and their amazing chocolate chip cookies! The staff is always incredibly friendly. We recently ordered two trays of chocolate chip cookies, and they were ready right on time. They even offered to help us carry the trays to the car. You should really give this place a try! They’re fantastic in every way!

Unsuspecting little hole in the wall with a pleasant dine-in atmosphere. The subs are FANTASTIC! So are the fries! Best sub shop around this part of town. Fresh ingredients, good portion size, friendly service, and clean restaurant. 10 out of 10 highly recommended.
Never disappoints! I don't know what it is, but the food is always good. I get hot sandwiches, so I can't comment on the cold ones. Also, the fresh cut fries are fantastic, as is the squeezed lemonade.
We drove 2.5 hours from Wisconsin to eat here. I'm not joking. 10/10 the best hot sandwiches on the market. Would drive 2.5 hours again.
Generous portions, staff was friendly and helpful. This place was very clean. Oh, and get a cookie! They're amazing!

Generous portions, great quality of food. Everything tasted fresh. Me and my buddy both enjoyed our hot subs.
As for vegetarian options, there are two available: the artichoke sub and the veggie sub.
