I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. While we waited, three employees were in the back, but when one finally came out to serve us, the music was blaring and distracting, making it hard to hear what they were saying. To make matters worse, the cook was wearing pajama pants. There were shoes left on the floor in the dining area, and dirty Starbucks cups scattered on a table. Additionally, the high-top table in the center had leftover food and coats piled on it. We were the only customers there who weren't staff. It's truly unfortunate!
Very poor service. There were 3 employees in the back as we waited. When one came out to serve us the music was so loud and distracting (with unacceptable language) we could not hear the server. The girl cooking was wearing pj pants. A pair of shoes were in the back of the dining room on the floor, and Starbucks cups were on a dirty table. The center high table had open food and coats on it. We were the only people in the place that did not work there. Sad!!
As I sit here waiting for my food, with my soda with no ice, because the ice machine was out, not broke, out, the bar counter has sticky dried soda on it, a couple of the tables are covered in crumbs, and 2 kids (workers) are sitting at a table in the back on their phones... good customer service guys.... How much longer will this place even be open??? At least the food is good... hence the 2 stars.
I've ordered lunch from Penn Station East Coast Subs a few times online. They tend to be really busy around lunchtime, so I suggest placing your order at least 30 minutes before. Their Philly cheesesteaks are always satisfying, and they give a good portion of fries. If you're willing to wait for a grilled sub, it's definitely worth it.

The subs at Penn Station East Coast Subs are amazing—truly the best around! The bread is wonderfully soft, and the fries are made from fresh potatoes. On top of that, the staff are friendly and inviting.
I requested no peppers and added avocado to my Italian sub, but they gave me peppers and no avocado. I also didn’t receive a receipt, so I’m not sure if I was charged for the avocado they never provided.
Delicious subs made to order, so be prepared to wait about 5-7 minutes. You can't go wrong with the classic Philly, especially paired with fresh-cut fries and homemade lemonade!
They were out of lemonade and ice, and there wasn't any ketchup in the container. The Philly cheesesteak was quite greasy.

Timmy, the staff member, was very pleasant and attentive. He quickly took our order, and everything went smoothly.
Staff was so nice and welcoming! Food was great as always. The guy that took my order was so patient with me.
