Maybe 6 months ago, as of 10/07/23, I was told every body in the store was managers, and told them there was no need to yell at customer's in the customer service industry, When I told her that Jersey Mike's just moved in down the street, Tegan the manager told me to go there. I would give this place a negative 10 if possible. I placed an online order and requested extra sauce. The man behind the counter clearly doesn't want to be there; he muttered profanities under his breath when the young lady he was working with asked him to fulfill my request. I felt sorry for her, having to deal with such a hostile coworker. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that my sandwich had undercooked, doughy bread. I am extremely disappointed with this location! As for parking, be cautious—if the Starbucks drive-thru line is busy, you won't be able to get out easily.
The food is great however the girl preparing food dropped her spatula and instead of grabbing a new one she only ran a slight splash on tap water on the spatula and proceeded to touch the food being prepared with the dirty spatula. As soon as this happened I notified the manager up front and she had an attitude about having to remake food that she touched with a dirty spatula... I hate that I had to give this wonderful place 1 star over 1 employees bad hygiene but if she thought that was acceptable than who knows what else she would allow...
The woman who prepared my partner's sandwich tonight had a really unpleasant attitude, as if she didn't want to be there. This left him feeling upset for the rest of the evening because his sandwich wasn’t made the way he wanted. They didn’t even ask for his preferences—just wrapped it up with only cheese. The service was awful. If you’re not willing to work, why even bother showing up? She was incredibly rude, and we definitely won’t be returning!

The food is fantastic. If you are in the mood for a great sub......this place is the best. I tried the Classic Grilled Italian Sub on multigrain, with fresh cut med fries. The fries were overflowing. The chocolate chip cookie is better than a bakery. I am ordering the cheesesteak sub next time. The staff are pleasant, and go beyond for you. Really fast each time I order here. Enjoy!
My order was taken by Tegan I have seen her at the Lindbergh and Watson location, she is one of the most pleasant employees I have ever meet. She is always so sweet and kind. Ever interaction with her has been amazing. We need more people like her. Promote her give her a raise. DONT LET THIS ONE GO. I have to say, those recent commercials from October 18, 2022, are really effective! The restaurant was packed during lunchtime! The food is good, but it is a bit on the pricey side.
If you enjoy soggy fries, an abundance of onions and grease without any meat, then this is the spot for you. Unfortunately, there was no flavor in the food. I won’t be returning!

The food is awful and the male employee is rude. Most of the employees are disrespectful and rude at this location. Don’t come here, spend your money somewhere else.
