Only my second time here, but they made my sub wrong. I asked for no mushrooms, but the sub was FILLED with mushrooms. Luckily, it's a preference (and not an allergy), so I was able to pick them out. Also, not all of the fries were fresh. There were old fries mixed in with new. Haven't had my cookie yet... hopefully it's as good as they advertise. Stopped to pick up 4 subs while passing through for dinner. I drove an additional 2 hours only to find out our orders were incorrect. Just like that 4 sandwiches for $60 wasted. It was a failure to follow instructions that were repeated multiple times. They were friendly and the restaurant was clean though.
