Penn Station - East Coast Subs

This penn station is a joke!!!!! Ive been coming to this location for years since it's conveniently located by my residence. The past two years this place seriously gone down hill. The past 5 times ive been there order has been screwed up. Its either cold or the bacon isnt cooked, put sauce on my sandwich when I asked for none. So I went to another location (Buttermilk Pike) spoke to the manager there told him about my horrible experiences he apologized and gave me a lemonade and a cookie. I get home and my sandwich has sauce on it. I couldn't believe it I called the store to tell him my sandwich was wrong and all I got was a busy signal. Should’ve known how bad the sandwich was going to be once I walked in. I looked around at the fireman. There was holes in the wall tape on the wall, covering whoever painted was terrible. The floor is greasy, but anyway, my sandwich, one of the saddest things I’ve ever eaten, I’ve gotten a simple BLT the bread was undercooked. I got two pieces of bacon two pieces four tomatoes little bit of lettuce and some mayonnaise and then hit me with the price for almost $20 was insane. I’m sorry I got a small fry as well. Needless to say, I do not recommend this place. Don’t waste your money.

Everything was good. The only problem was that the girl wo was wrapping the sandwiches, was eating on line and didn 't have any gloves on! I did mention it to her and she said she was just a wrapper! I said she was still supposed to wear gloves and not to be eating on line! I was a Manager in fast food for over 25 years, I know the rules! Service: Take out

The manager Greg, who was taking orders is extremely rude has a smart mouth. While I was complaining about how rude he is, the lady in front of me said he was extremely rude to her also. The girl who cashed me out however, Kyana (thats whos name is on the reciept) was very kind had great customer service skills! Food was alright Service: Takeaway Reserva una mesa ahora

They never answer their phones. I ordered to go via app bc of it and when I got to the store I let them know which was mine. They proceeded to make 3 people's orders who came in way after I let them know which order was mine. I waited for over 20 minutes for the most basic sandwich. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

This is by far the best Penn Station I have ever been to! The associates were so pleasant and went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of. The food was absolutely amazing and hot. I definitely recommend this location! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

You need to try their grilled chicken Parmesan sub, it is really, really good. We have eaten here many times. They are always super friendly and the wait time during the lunch hour rush is fast Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
