I visited this restaurant on February 28, 2024. I ordered two small subs, one pizza, one Italian sub, and a medium fry. I noticed that the fries had been sitting out for over ten minutes while I waited. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive my food, and since I was in a hurry, I didn’t mention anything. The Italian sub was decent, but the pizza didn't come with any sauce, which made it quite bland and dry. I contacted them through their website but never received a response. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.
I like the food here a lot but the last couple times I tried to eat here, they were closed. Went at 5pm today and around 4pm a Friday about a month ago. That time they had a sign saying they were closing at 3 due to an emergency. I understand things happen, but it seems to be a consistent issue. Also I live 20 minutes away so it's a big inconvenience. Please update your open hours on Google maps.
Ordered my sub on line over an hour earlier. to be READY at 11:30 am. get there at 11:25. nothing. 5 people walked up. ordered their subs and GOT their subs and left. stood there for 25 min. complained to the restaurant. no response. rude as hell staff. filthy restaurant. NOT going back. I hate it when business fail? but i wont give a second thought if/when they close.
I heard SOOOOO much trash about this place. From bad service to gross dining. But My coworker invited Me out and I figured, ya live once ??...? The sub (cheesesteak) was PHENOMENAL...the guy who took My order...nothing short of AWESOME...the atmosphere was definitely worth the trip!!!I will be back!!! I hear the Italian is ?!!!helpful tip...clean the fry grease ?

The food here is consistently excellent. However, I'm concerned about some food safety violations. The lack of hats or hair nets during food preparation makes me worry about finding hair in my meal. Aside from that, it's a fantastic place; I just prefer not to taste hair in my food!
Second time coming to this place and both times the was piece of paper on the door saying closed early do to short staff. I won't try again. Hint: when this happens update Google so that potential customers are aware.
Love this place!! I started going there here and there but it's very good and the people are very nice with it makes, it easier to enjoy returning more than I wanna admit ?
Real open hours are all over the place and have been for a couple of years now. Food is decent, but it doesn't matter if you can't ever get it.

Awesome Subs, fries, lemonade, cookies!!Dogwood w all the meats east coast style. Fries are so good!
I love the food and atmosphere here! The cheesesteak is amazing!
