Penn Tandoori - Reserva de mesa

Absolutely disgusting behaviour last night at Penn Tandoori. Arrived to our pre-booked table having (don’t legally have too) advised we will have Sallie, a guide dog. Shown to our table, the manager comes over and asks us to leave because of Sallie! Having then advised being asked to leave is illegal we asked to speak to the manager, the gentleman told us he is the manager! He then moved on to say Sallie can’t be in the carpet and we needed to move. Wtaf! Following a heated conversation including the fact he will be reported we walked out. The manager then had the nerve when walking back to the car to ask if he could have 1 more chance! REALLY! You HAVE been reported and you should be ashame...

Excellent service and tasty food. Delighted that the chef could make a madras without onions to take into account my intolerance. Fabulous service, great food and a lovely, helpful and relaxed atmosphere. Served excellent food for a whole range of customers including scampi for restricted eaters. Thank you and well done to all the team. My best experience in an Indian restaurant for many years.

Booked for a work leaving meal but got asked to leave and refused service as one of the party had a guide dog as they are blind. Even after explaining about guide dog shocking service, the way the manager spoke to the party was horrendous, would not recommend and will not be eating here again.

Although ownership of very many years has changed, the food has not. We've eaten at the Penn Tandoori since it opened, decades ago and were worried about the change of ownership. Food is just as good and new staff are very freindly. Reserva una mesa ahora

No warm welcome like theres used to be. The food was great however not much meat. Felt rushed off the table. Prices have gone up but standard of food and service not as good. Hope it picks up.

What has happened to this place? Been going here for years and the food has always been consistently good! All new staff, cold food and the prices have sky rocketed!

Second time that I have been here since new owners. I have to say that it was better than the first time I went and tasted more like the old food. Keep it up guys

Excellent Indian cuisine. Went here with my family and i can honestly say the food was superb. I had the King Prawn Madras which i can highly recommend ! Reserva una mesa ahora

On a business trip from Glasgow, this place was a recommend. Certainly did not disappoint! Food was amazing and service was a delight.
