The front desk attendant who managed the guest list provided a very poor level of customer service. I had been waiting for two hours to bowl, so my friend approached her to confirm if we were next in line, and she said we were. However, she then called out someone else's name twice after that. I went up to inquire, and she claimed she had called my name earlier. When I asked if she had called it twice due to the loud environment, she said no. To add insult to injury, she offered to move us to the end of the waiting list, where there were 20 other people who arrived an hour after us, rather than assuring us we would be next. My friend ended up waiting for two hours without being able to bowl...
I'm sorry to say that the new owners have made me reconsider visiting this restaurant. They are changing long-standing rules that used to be part of the experience. I visited during the family special time, which includes a pizza, and I didn’t eat before coming for that reason. Unfortunately, their ovens were down, and the new owners had no plans to offer any substitutes for the pizza. They wouldn’t even provide an extra pitcher of soda. As a result, I had to pay for all my food, despite it being included in the family special, which meant we didn’t save any money. That’s really disappointing and feels unfair.
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. They advertised a "$1 bowling night," which turned out to be quite misleading. I don’t mind paying for shoe rentals and individual games, but those additional costs were only revealed after we played. At the end of the night, as my group and I were leaving, they tried to charge us full price for not completing our game—something that wasn’t mentioned upfront before we paid. I will never return, and I hope others are cautious about their misleading "$1 bowling night" promotions.
I had a really disappointing experience at this bowling alley. The staff were unhelpful, and the prices at the snack bar were outrageous. Many of the bowling lanes were broken, and there never seemed to be enough staff available to make repairs. The air conditioning rarely worked, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Additionally, the lane machines often failed to detect the pins correctly. I ended up leaving the bowling alley 45 minutes after the rest of the league had finished. Overall, I would not recommend it.

Blonde older lady at the desk is so nasty. Had my party of 4 sit at the tables while she did clerical work entering the league scores into the computer. Took my business elsewhere to Bowlero where my business was appreciated. Your staff is scaring away all the customers.
I always have a great time when I visit this place. I usually go to watch one of my best friends and his family bowl on league night. The atmosphere is excellent, with everyone focused on their bowling while still enjoying themselves.
Not bad, friendly people, clean, not the best lanes but adequate for sure. Could use a little more parking and for God's sake, please TURN DOWN THE DAMN HEAT!! I'm sweating like a slave when I'm in there, lol. For real!
I took my grandchildren to the bowling alley, and they offered bumpers for the kids. The staff was extremely friendly, and there were plenty of different programs and options available for bowlers.

I organized my son's birthday party at this restaurant, and I can't praise the experience enough. The service was excellent, and everyone enjoyed the pizza. We all had a great time!
The service is friendly, and you certainly get your money's worth. It's a convenient and relaxed spot to dine.
