Next came the Fried Truffle Beef Marrow Mac and Cheese, paired with rye beer. Oh my goodness! If Julia Child were alive, she would not only have this dish once but would savor it multiple times, changing the course of French cuisine in the process. The aroma of the truffles combined with the richness of the beef was incredible, and the rye beer added a beautiful touch of hickory and smoke. The highlight of the evening was the Braised Lamb Spare Ribs, glazed with their house-made BBQ sauce, accompanied by a Jalapeño Potato Galette. After the first bite of the lamb, the spices transported me back to my family's vacation in Mexico; I felt as if I could taste every spice from a bustling market....
This was a complete surprise dinner for me and I loved every minute of it. We sat outside which was gorgeous and relaxing, no loud noise from cars or people yelling. All the staff were pleasant and attentive, always checking in too see if you were okay regardless if they were your server or not. They gave great recommendations; we had the tuna chicken off the dinner menu and they were phenomenal. The chicken must have been brined before it was grilled because it was so moist and delicious with every bite. The tuna, was cooked to perfection and fell apart so easily. Everything from when we entered, when we sat and enjoyed, to when we left was nothing less than the best. I will definitly be go...
Absolutely AMAZING!!!! One of the best restaraunts I have ever been to. Dined here yesterday evening with my family for my birthday. I made a special request to the staff since I am a vegetarian and I eat very healthy, and they kindly customized my meal. It was one of the most delicious meals I have had in my life. The service was absolutely outstanding, and so was the food. we all finished our plates, which rarely happens! Thank you so much to the Pentimento staff for making the start of my birthday so memorable. We will be back again very soon! But ciao for now :
We had lunch here for the first time today and we loved it! Fresh pasta is hard to find. We enjoyed a **** Mary and Pear Martini... very good drinks! Our appetizers were the raw oysters and Arancini (fried filled rice ball)...complete! For the Entrees we had Cannelloni and fetters Bolognese... love the freshly made pasta in both. Just want the portion size to be slightly larger, so we would have left behind. We also shared a house made tiramisu dessert, that was amazing! Great service. We have to go to dinner again. Thank you so much for making my daughter Samantha's bridal shower absolutely perfect! We arrived early to add some personal touches, and I greatly appreciate Lisa for incorporating flowers and paying attention to every detail. The staff was attentive from start to finish, and the food was amazing, especially the Mimosa Bar. The staff here is interesting, friendly, and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. They offer a selection of craft cocktails and an outstanding wine list. Naturally, the food is exceptional as well. This place is definitely worth a visit, and I recommend making reservations.
