I've been coming here for a couple of weeks now and I've never had any issues with my orders or the staff. The prices are reasonable, especially since I can usually make enough for two meals when I get takeout, and I can whip up a little more with the leftover soup the next day. I typically opt for the beef or tomato soup bases, as I’m not a fan of the dry option. I'm definitely not a fan of the chicken/coconut flavor either. They also have a good selection of ingredients!
I only give the 2 stars for the service. eating really tastes good enough, but the service is bad. they clean the table with spray that contains chemical near the table where I have eaten. they should use the healthy human mind a little when they do that. they should know when they use this spray, it will spread to my table and especially to my food. that is absolutely dangerous. I don't pay for eating your food together with dangerous chemical.
This place is definitely better than the other Malatang restaurant in the shopping center, making it my favorite spot. However, I should mention that the wait times can sometimes exceed 30 minutes when they’re busy, which can be disappointing. There have also been occasions when I didn’t get enough soup. The prices here are quite high, and the food is just mediocre. I often find myself feeling thirsty after a meal, and I experienced stomach issues that night.
