Unfortunately went there on Sunday with my family and we’re told they ran out of ketchup given they just opened instead of having employees gathered up by the grill they lied and said they had no ketchup they ran out the day prior . Once the next set of customers that walked in they magically started loading the ketchup after we sat down and started eating our Phillies . The second set of customers requested ketchup that’s when they started loading up the ketchup pump. The employees there may have been prejudiced don’t know but they have lost my business rather go to a real Philly restaurant even if it’s a drive to zona Rosa Phillytime is way worth it.

We were there on 2/12/2022 around 1:00 pm. The girl taking the order can not multi task AT ALL we were ask multiple times what we wanted on our food only to get it wrong anyway in the end....the food was sub par. The trash overflowing and I wouldn't recommend using the bathroom..the girl running the register and the manager were nice the other two employees definitely need more training in listening and people skills. The beer was cold that was good. Will not be returning and would not recommend this place.

First time trying this the Philly steak was good the kids meal was a joke only a few frys thrown in with their meals i asked the front counter lady if this was right and showed her as there were barley any frys in there and she said that it's a kids meal there aren't supposed to be alot yeah I get that but there wasn't barely anything in there she was clueless couldn't ring us up and also noticed afterwards we didn't get the half off wendsday kids meal either save your money go somewhere else

The store needs cleaned bad. It was really nice when they first opened but I’ve went in there several times in the past couple weeks and it is filthy the toilet paper dispenser in the woman’s bathroom needs fixed and the aerator on the sink in the woman’s bathroom needs replaced. We come to the location often and love the food. The service is typically pretty fast. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. However the last few months there has been an employee who is very obviously on drugs. She can’t understand anything, doesn’t ring up people correctly on the register.

My absolute favorite restaurant! You can sign up for a free entrée on your birthday. The burritos are fantastic, the nachos are incredible, and the loaded fries are a must-try. Don't forget to smother everything in the spicy ranch sauce!

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the cheesesteaks were absolutely delicious! I ordered from the kids' menu, and the cheesesteak was still over 6 inches long! The fries were tasty as well. I will definitely be coming back!

If a restaurant advertises that they are open until 9:00 pm, that means they should be serving until that time. This locations closes way early and they advertise everywhere a different time. They need to change this!!!! Reserva una mesa ahora

My first time at one of these and wow! I wish there were more. Great food! Good prices! They grill it all fresh right in front of you, I'm a fan.

Slow service. 2 ladies cooking, two fixing grub hub orders. Waited in line quite some time. Food was good.
