Peppers Artful Events catered our wedding on 9/17/21 at Gardens at Elm bank and the night turned out absolutely magical. We worked with Dianne and her team and we loved how attentive they were to every little detail we wanted included in our night. Peppers catered the food, provided bar supplies and bartenders, and made the most delicious wedding cake.We had to plan our wedding from A to Z in 6 weeks due to changes in location because of COVID and Dianne made us feel like everything was under control. Today, after calling again, the same event planner informed me that they had decided the two items I ordered—a pizza and a baked potato bar—“wouldn't travel” well for a pickup order. Honestly, I've never heard of either dish having issues with transportation. Additionally, why wait 18 days to communicate this? That's nearly two weeks that could have been used to find another caterer for our party. I'm extremely disappointed with my entire experience and, regrettably, will not be using their services again or recommending them to others.

I can't say enough good things about Peppers and everything they did to prepare for and execute our backyard wedding. From the very first day, Brenda was amazing in helping us bring our vision to life, and she, along with Melissa, ensured that everything ran smoothly on the big day. The food was outstanding and received rave reviews from our guests. We had a dedicated server for both us as the bride and groom, as well as for my parents, who hosted the event. Our signature cocktail was a huge hit and ran out within just two hours! With Peppers involved, we had nothing to worry about. You definitely won’t regret hiring them!

Peppers absolutely took our wedding to the next level. My husband and I were planning our long awaited day all on our own, but once we began working with Carolyn and Colleen at Peppers, they truly took so much of the weight off of our shoulders. They are absolutely phenomenal humans with an impeccable attention to detail, and as our event approached it felt like we were working alongside friends. The food was AMAZING, the staff was AMAZING, and the bartenders were phenomenal. I cannot recommend Peppers enough thank you for all you did for us.
I struggle to leave this review because we have been long-time fans of Peppers and used them for decades. But after recently hosting a special event, we were wildly underwhelmed by the quality and quantity of food we received. The sandwiches were tiny, the meatball tray was half filled and the salad was maybe enough for one-person. Needless to say we had to run to Panera in a haste to get extra food for our guests. I post this just as a buyer beware review for folks looking to host an event with Peppers self-serve option.
Our company has utilized Peppers Artful Events twice now once last year and once this past weekend, for our dealership's grand opening and 50th anniversary celebrations. Our entire team has been extremely impressed both times by not only the quality of the food and drinks, but the genuine friendliness and professionalism displayed by their staff. Thank you, Peppers!

I contacted Peppers three times over two weeks to discuss and place a catering order for my son's graduation party. They never responded. Given the poor customer service, I will not be using them now or in the future.
I used Peppers for my daughter's bridal shower @Tower Hill. The food was delicious and the staff were so attentive to our every need. Bravo ?
