Five of us went to The Percy French for Sunday lunch and we were very impressed. The food was excellent. Sunday roasts, baked salmon and chowder were especially delicious and beautifully presented. We only had room for a couple of desserts and they were well above the standard fare that you find in most places. We were also very impressed with the service. Our server, Seanna, welcomed us warmly and was very professional and attentive, while still enjoying some gentle banter with us as we teased my elderly parents for ordering cider when asked whether they would like still or sparkling water! We will definitely be back.
We both enjoyed our burgers very much and it was nice to have a lovely vegetarian burger, which I never take for granted. Often they are very uncreative, dry and tasteless but this one was very good. The service was very friendly and fast but unfortunately the restaurant was quite empty and since it is also very big the overall atmosphere wasn't very welcoming.
I didn't enjoy my experience here. The food was not great and took extremely long. I ordered chicken wings and portion of chips, the chicken wings were just okay nothing to rave about and not much flavour.
Food OK but mine was cold. Service not best, asked for 0% beer and got gluten free 5% alcohol. Service stopped due to gas failure. Not best experience.

Beautiful set restaurant. Excellent location and atmosphere. Food needs a tad more taste; it is acceptable for a weekday business meal.

I'm very disappointed with short horn steak tough hard to cut even with a steak knife.
Lovely bar set near the mountains or mountains co down a little expensive but nice
