Perfect Pizza - Reservar una mesa

I ordered pizza from this restaurant last night. The app indicated that it was on its way for a while. After waiting for at least 45 minutes to an hour, I called them. They claimed they had arrived and tried to contact me. My contact information on Just Eat has not changed and still displays the correct number. Instead of admitting their mistake and taking responsibility, the staff got defensive and insisted they had arrived. I have a 24-hour concierge and did not receive any call. Poor staff and customer service.

This restaurant in London is definitely one to avoid at all costs. I placed an order and when the food arrived it was cold, poorly made, and tasted awful. When I called to address the mistake, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They refused to acknowledge the error, lied, and then abruptly ended the call. Stay away from this restaurant at all costs!

This is one of the worst restaurants in London. Do not go there under any circumstances or you will regret it. I was walking down the street when I stumbled upon this amazing pizza place. I decided to order some pizzas from here and I absolutely loved the taste - it was delicious. The service was fast and I received my pizza very quickly.
