Unfortunately, the current staff at Perfect Pizza are neither welcoming nor efficient. Our orders have been repeatedly incorrect, and when we try to raise concerns, the staff respond rudely and have even hung up on us. The quality of the pizzas has also dropped—the deep pan crust is too thin, toppings are carelessly scattered, and the pizzas are poorly sliced. On top of that, the staff often walk around without shoes and speak in their own language, disregarding customers. When complaints are made, they simply laugh among themselves. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant.
I ordered a pizza from Perfect Pizza last night. The app showed it was on its way for quite some time. After waiting 45 minutes to an hour, I called the restaurant. They said they had already arrived and tried to contact me. However, my contact details on Just Eat are up to date and correct. Rather than admitting their error, the staff became defensive and insisted they were at my address. I have a 24-hour concierge who never received a call. The staff and customer service were disappointing.
This is one of the worst restaurants in London. Do not go there under any circumstances or you will regret it. ordered here many times. always busy, which means that they have to do something right! love their pizzas and am a regular, converted by their veggie vulkan and their slice pizza. the personal was always polite and will be ordered again without doubt. this place is also open until late, so can also be great these times! thank you.

Pizza Perfect is truly perfect. My family and friends all love their pizza, which is why I always order from there. Every pizza we've tried has been flawless - perfect toppings, perfect taste. This London restaurant is best avoided. I ordered food that arrived cold, poorly prepared, and tasted terrible. When I called to report the issue, the staff were extremely rude and uncooperative. They denied any mistake, were dishonest, and suddenly hung up. I strongly recommend staying far away from this place!
