When for a tour at ODU and asked the tour guides where they would go to lunch. Both of them recommend this place. The food was really good. The service was quick. They put a sticky note on your table with your order and you bring that to the counter to pay. It is filled with funny signs that everyone will laugh at.

I work on campus so I like to go here because it’s cheap and good food. However, I place pick up orders to take my food back to work and they almost never pick up the phone. They have signs inside encouraging people to call for faster service and then don’t pick up so I can do so.

Don't miss this hidden gem over by ODU. Some of the best food ive had in Norfolk. Try the Fran Cran Wrap. So good. And the cheapskate plates are always great. I have never had a bad meal here. I try to eat here at least twice a week.

This is one of the best restaurants in the area . My wife and I have been coming to P. Franks for years. We even come an hour to eat whenever we come by. The food is fabulous! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Reserva una mesa ahora

I patronized this establishment for the first time today. Not only was my order forgotten about, but after I reminded them about my food they still got my order wrong. A hot dog was missing from my order.

The owner is argumentative when mistakes are brought to her attention. In addition to this, she remade my meal and it was still wrong. Very uncomfortable and racist environment, would not recommend

Googled best root beer floats, and this place popped up. We came here from Florida for a Navy visit, and this is the best gahdam root beer float in the world.

Excellent staff, pleasant atmosphere, awesome food. Ordered 2 hot sausages… will return and the burger.
