Perkins - Reserva de mesa

We had a good meal for my Mums 80th birthday, we had arranged by email for candle on a birthday plate which never appeared . Then given the bill for a different table , £43.60 more than ours. We were given no apology for the bill mix up and told we should have reminded them about the birthday plate as they are very busy. A very dissapointing experience from previous visits and having run a restaurant ouselves a shocking response from management . All in all it soured the day and our family and friends will not visit again in a hurry .

This was my first time here and the initial impression is very good. We were promptly seated and drinks order taken and menus provided. We both thoroughly enjoyed the food that we had and thought the service was very good. The only slight negative I found was that the tables are exceptionally close together so you are very much aware of other peoples conversations near you, it did detract somewhat from our enjoyment.

Attractive verdant approach to tasteful interior of characterful former railway station. A warm welcome by smart professional front of house staff. Fridge cold water and warm speciality bread brought to table. Delicious beautifully cooked meal I particularly enjoyed the bouillabaisse accompaniment to my sea bass fillet all very well presented and served. Congratulations and many thanks to all involved.

We recently visited Perkins with our family for a significant birthday milestone. The food was superb, discreetly served by very well trained staff. Nothing was too much trouble despite our mix of nut allergies, vegetarian, gluten free and the one child in our party mixing his meal from the adult and children's menu! I took my business partner for lunch today his first visit but I am a regular, usual warm welcome we ordered some bread arrived one slice each this was taken away before our mains arrived but no offer of would you like more bread ! My business partner had pork belly hd was pleased plus sticky toffee pudding I had fish and chips which was very poor and creme brûlée which was very good

Thank you for a lovely meal and celebration of my mum's birthday. Excellent food, lovely staff, and great atmosphere. It was a really special time and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed it. A really delicious meal and would highly recommend. Look forward to returning soon!

Superb meal and overall experience at Perkins last night. They just do it all well from the staff to the menu (quality of the food and wine obviously) to the quality of service. Special but not pretentious. Quality but not over priced. Lovely stuff!

We visited today for my birthday lunch. The menu choice was lovely and the food was fantastic. The service was friendly and prompt and they even brought me a birthday desert which was a lovely touch! Can’t fault it at all can’t wait to return Reserva una mesa ahora

We were quite a large group but the food was excellent. Everyone was very happy with their choices. Even with some late arrivals the service was great

A special family birthday meal for nine of us. The staff could not have been more help or accommodating and the food was delicious.
