On weekends, we take a break from me cooking at home and dine in at a restaurant. Tonight we chose Perkins. My first time here. The waitress was very nice and attentive. We got there 15 min before close. Google hours are not accurate since COVID-19. My youngest ordered a burger and her fries came on the side. Husband had breakfast and since i trained for a half marathon i naturally choose healthier options and had fish. Food is good. The kids received cookies with their meal and the hubs and i took a pie to go. Their pies are really good. Typical wait time for food to be served. Asked my kiddos if they would like to come back and they all agreed with a yes. So this speaks for itself. If kids...
We love this place! Great food, nice employees, clean. However, on this trip(a Sunday), we were second in line to be seated (hostess seats customers). We waited 15 minutes, and the couple in front of us was still waiting. She said they'd been there for 5 minutes, so a total of 20 minutes for them and still no seat. There were empty tables. Not sure why, but no one came to seat people. A few employees came by and said someone would be with us shortly. We finally left. That being said, it's a good place to eat. I'm not sure what happened on this day!
Every time I've eaten here has always been a huge pleasure. The food is hot, and the servers are exceptionally friendly. The last time I went, they were out of rice for my fish and shrimp entree, so they sent me home with an extra order of strawberry crispers, free of charge! One of the waitresses also said I was pretty and mentioned how lucky my fiancee was.
Tilapia and shrimp dinner I got was very delicious. The service was very good. I like wine with my dinner which they don't serve which is why I gave it four stars rather than five Stars.

Good food, mediocre service- I shouldn't have to practically beg for a refill of water!
I enjoy the breakfast all day. Good scrambled eggs. Yum.
Haven't been here in a while, and yes the food was good. Staff was great, definitely will be back. The cake mmmmm, forgot to take a pic.
Service was great, breakfast skillets excellent. And the pumpkin muffins, omg. We bought 6 to go, they are gone in 2 days.
