Persian new year celebration, was an absolute mess! Very poor management, they did not give a damn to the quality, they just packed the restaurant over its capacity with people to make money! They charged per person and brought food for people on a table of Such a waste of money and time! Nowruz celebration was very bad and of poor quality. The restaurant was overcrowded and the seats were arranged so that if you wanted to make a move, a few people would have to move around and behind you! Bringing four people to the table for ten people was so small that the waiters could not serve the same food to four people. The number of waiters and services was very small in relation to the population....

We went for Persian New Year and honestly never again. They tried to crumb every dollar they could by overpacking the tables so close to each other that no one was able to get in or out of their seat, it was very uncomfortable and frustrating. Dinner didn't even come to our table till after in which by then some had left and the kids were asleep. With no set times or planning in place, they dont turn down the music during dinner so people can conversate and your just yelling to each other. Awful experience. Well overpriced. I reccomend next year you focus on quality instead of quantity and keep your customers wanting to come back. Spoke to a few people there and we wernt the only people diss...

interesting place with unique food offers. a day for lunch (so they don't have a warning from the evening meal) the area is massive, so it looks as if it were designed for functions. for lunch they have a kind of young animal setup with prepared feeding waiting to be ordered. we tried a few of the chicken dishes (one was a square box that saw something of huh and rice) they have several sorts of rice to choose. seating area is very comfortable and lots of space. large window seats, but the view is from a parking lot. eating was nice, but the box-shaped chicken rice was a bit dry. service is friendly

Went there for Persian New Year. Such a horrible experience. Poor management and customer service, low quality food. Dance performance? Was horrible too. Oh my God, they overpacked the table so close and no one could move properly. Dinner didn’t come to our table till We booked the table for but they served food just for No drinks on the table. I visited Persian Basement with my non-persian friends and we all had such a great time. The owner is very welcoming, service is prompt and food is yum! Loved the music and dance floor. A whole package! Highly recommend.

my second experience after years and it was still terrible. unprofessional customer service, low quality and cold eating, just an hour of live music for the whole night, cork fee per bottle.
