original concept: upon reservation, you are asked whether certain foods are unpleasant (or if you are allergic to it). You are thus assured not to find them in your plate, composed by the chief's ideas.The plates are very floral and the chosen flowers are perfectly blended with the dish. The meat that was offered to us (swine's part) was succulent. We note the multitude of flavors that each dish has.
We're in a real house. by a woman who's at home and knows what she's talking about. It's sophisticated, it's complex, it's beautiful. She talks about an experience she offers you with her husband. a lot of work, extreme precision. our host's Asian delicacy, her husband's culinary talent. a whole story. Thanks for the beautiful walk, we really had a good night at these two enthusiasts.
