Peru's Chicken - Reserva de mesa

Very unwelcoming environment. Cloudy, hard plastic, counter to ceiling security shied is the front facing barrier at the counter for ordering; very unwelcoming undertones. While there are tables and chairs the chairs are upside down on the table not down on the floor for seating. The atmosphere and temperature were very unappealing, unwelcoming and disappointing the building is cold. The cooked part of the chicken (see picture salmonella city is dry and salty not seasoned however salty. The rice is bland and soft and the vegetables are mushy also not seasoned nor is either appetizing. 1/2 white chicken, fried rice and mixed vegetables $19.19. I recently dined at Peru’s Chicken located at 12106 Central Ave, Mitchellville, MD 20721, and had an overall great experience. I ordered the Pollo Saltado, and the flavors were fantastic—truly authentic Peruvian cuisine. The service was good; the staff was friendly and attentive, though the wait time was a bit longer than expected. The prices were reasonable, and the portions were generous, making it a great value for money. If you enjoy Peruvian food and are looking for a delicious meal without breaking the bank, I would definitely recommend Peru’s Chicken. Four stars!

The chicken was really great, affordable and I could honestly say that they almost give you twice the amount of food compared to other places, very rarely I’m not able to finish a meal, which happened today, it was a lot of food which is great because I need to eat a lot. I’ve eaten in hundreds of chicken restaurants as I work with remodeling and go to different addresses every week, this place is great and deserves your business.

Prices are a bit higher than other Peruvian chicken places. The employees were very nice. My husband got tacos and he enjoyed them I got chicken with green beans and rice. It was pretty good. Chicken was a little drier than other Peruvian chicken places but still very tasty. The sides were amazing. We split a tres leches that was great. Reserva una mesa ahora

Food tastes good! Surprisingly so bc the workers weren’t Peruvian but the plantains was cooked well and tasted good like other Peruvian chicken spots. The chicken itself was juicy and roasted really well! The sauces are ? overall, very good and prices are affordable for a ton of food! The staff was also very friendly (gave smiles ? !

The chicken was dry. They don’t try to stir the sides to make them look presentable. When they cook food they don’t wear gloves. The staff was playing on there phones and then serving food with no gloves nor did he wash his hands. I will never come back to this place.

Highkey drive 45-an hour to cop they food cause it's good, but I be sick when I get 2 meals 2 large rices ? and have to pay 2 bucks for extra sauces, like bro sauce me up, I just spent 50 bucks

I got the lamb bombing chops, says Peru’s I was shocked to see an Asian with Latino crew. The food was delicious ooooooo. I’m definitely coming back Reserva una mesa ahora

Got food to go. Food was ready when we arrived but portion size was skimpy with my chicken as compared to other times ordering the same meal.
