Pesto At The Cabbage Hall

Absolutely gutted about this but after we were welcomed well it seemed to go downhill from there. The lights on the wall were flashing which combined with staff moaning and slamming plates as they put them away made the atmosphere unenjoyable. Incorrect dishes were brought to us which meant our party were eating at different times while some had their food and other watched the others eat. When the correct food did come it was literally (solid) inedible. We went ahead with dessert but then seemed to be forgotten as it came time to clear dessert and arrange the bill. We really wanted to enjoy this... seems like the place runs off historic accolade and makes no attempt to make the place fresh or give a real effort. We saw this place while passing and decided to try it out. We had an excellent experience, the staff explained the dishes. There was lots of variety and three different price brackets to choose from.
