it was my first visit to the load today afternoon. I didn't even know about the load until I was added by a friend of the Facebook group. it is a beautiful shop and I received excellent customer service. a little awake and a reed diffuser. I have put an order for some oils that I cannot wait to get. the snowy melts amazing! many thanks

on Friday, order a few flowers for a funeral and pick them up this morning! fantastic service and the flowers that I would not have asked for better, they were absolutely perfect in any wise, cant thank them enough for the amazing service and the staff could not be enough to help us, will recommend everyone thanks again

Won Afternoon tea for two! Wow! It was delicious, all the ladies was very welcoming, the shop was just so cute and smelt amazing. Got to share the 1st birthday of Petal and Bloom, me and my friend came away with lovely treats for ourselves would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back xxx

the products smell amazing, I will be obsessed with the snowfee products, especially as similar to the odour to the products in luxuriant and it is my fave series from there, I will buy deffo products from there again

Loved my hot chocolate and tasty toastie, staff are really friendly and welcoming, and the place smells lovely. Cant leave without buying a wax melt
