Ordered chocolate flavored Gelato For the first time here and ended up not liking the flavor. Whoever prepared it, It does not taste anything like chocolate. Wentback in the shop and Ask the young girl who looked like a teenager if I could swap for a different flavor. She proceeded to tell me that she would have to charge me again. Asked for a manager on site and was told there was none. What business let's a teenager operate without a manager on site? Very disappointed complete waste of money. Again, the chocolate flavor tasted nothing like chocolate at all. Ended up throwing away. The flavor that I wanted-bacio, What's completely out. Why would they have the flavor out without replenishing...
This is a great chocolate place to shop at. They have a good variety of chocolate covered products, chocolate covered nuts/oreos/twinkies/pretzels/berries, special made chocolate truffles and fudge pieces.You can also order made to order things such as frozen chocolate bananas, drinks, and gelato. The only problem I have is things are very expensive. Be ready to only maybe pick one or two things to try and your already at $20! The quality of the chocolate however is really good.Chocolate frozen bananas are a must!
I wanted chocolate covered strawberries, that wasn’t readily made. The worker there said they can make it, but it’ll be 10-15 mins. I agreed to wait, but then they rolled their eyes as if they didn’t want to take on the task of making it. Correct me if I’m wrong, but if you don’t want to work then don’t come to work!
What a wonderful experience! They really came through for me when my wife was feeling a bit down on vacation because I couldn't be there with her. Took my daughter for her birthday. I ordered a birthday basket ahead and sat and enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about chocolate! Definitely will be going back
The store is really cute and there's a lot to choose from, but mainly it's all overpriced. We also spent $30 on fudge just for it to taste like chemicals and overprocessed sugar.
My daughter and I love the ice cream at this restaurant, but the workers should improve their scooping technique.
