On July 16, 2023, I placed an order through the online app for item #13 with an extra cheese option (which came with a $1.75 upcharge). Upon getting home and digging in, I was disappointed to find there was no cheese at all, even though the receipt indicated I had been charged for it. If I lived closer, I would have definitely gone back to have my order fixed. It’s frustrating to see so many staff members behind the counter but still not getting orders right. It's really disappointing. If the picture of the sub shows what was actually given, then that’s just unacceptable. If it was simply a mistake, I urge the team to pay more attention while doing their jobs.
Good and fresh. I love how the meats and cheeses (if you get one of those sandwiches) are sliced to order and right onto the sub roll. Jersey Mike 's isn 't exactly speedy but it 's still pretty quick. My #13 was topped Mike 's Way with lettuce and tomato and onion and mayo and oil/vinegar. Very tasty stuff! Totally would return to Jersey Mike 's.
It's fine for a chain. Recently got a #13 Mikes way and it was OK, if your looking to go to a chain this is a better option than going to any one of the Subways in the area. Not quite as good as Priomos, who does have better ingredients, but is also more expensive, but a good place to get a consistent standard sub.
The vinegar and the oil weak They seem to drown it in it which got me excited but it tasted like nothing. Could make better sandwiches at home. It's nice they cut the meat there in front of you and customize it right there but again weak Overall, decent basic hoagies but the flavors could be better for the price

Ordered online and then waited another 20 minutes in the store. I asked twice about the status of our order politely. At the end, I mentioned one time that we waited 20 minutes, and the tall guy behind the counter yelled out Want to come and work behind the line with us??? That 's not acceptable.
I loved everything about my experience! The service was incredibly fast, and every dish was prepared perfectly and tasted amazing. The staff were very friendly, and the interior was clean and nicely spaced out. Overall, it was a fantastic visit!
If I could give it zero stars, I would. This is the second time they've added cheese to my order despite me specifically asking for no cheese. All I received were excuses for the mistake. It felt like a waste of both my money and time.
Another great double meat Roast Beef sub at Wilkes-Barre Bear Creek store! Alfonso made an awesome sandwich! He is hard to miss with blue hair, and I am glad he waited on me today! Keep up the great work!

Extremely disappointed... overpriced, dirty and nothing compared to the new Primos right down the street... will never go back. Save your money go somewhere else
