I give them 3 stars because of their service. Me and my coworker walked in. I ordered first, I asked if fries came with the Southwestern burger, I was told no that I had to buy the fries separately. My coworker ordered a combo. When I looked, the combo came with a drink and fries. Now, yes some of it is my fault because I didn't view the menu in its entirety( I was trying to be considerate to the people behind me and I was on lunch, time was of the essence) but a good cashier and great customer service, the cashier should have told me or even asked if I wanted a combo when I was ordering. Anyway, the Southwestern burger was amazing, better than I thought it would be. If you don't like tomato...

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. I ordered a BLT and sweet potato fries and was impressed by the delicious taste, freshness, generous portion, and friendly service. Although I am not familiar with the owners, I know a good BLT when I taste one. The sandwich had the perfect balance of ingredients, with just the right amount of lettuce and plenty of bacon. The sweet potato fries were the best I have ever had in Queens. While there is another place on the Upper West Side that also serves great sweet potato fries, I prefer the convenience of this location in Astoria. I will definitely have to visit Petey's in Astoria soon, although I do enjoy the ambiance on Vernon Avenue.

Burgers and fries are generally pretty good. I especially enjoy having the cajun fries. I typically pick up from here and I’d recommend ordering via phone (vs. third party apps) as that’ll cost you less. Never had to wait too long and staff is generally friendly. Small indoor seating area is available.

The triple cheeseburger is out of the world and costs just $8.49.Juicy and flavorful burgers than bigger chains like Five Guys. I took a side of sweet potato fries and I was apprehensive at first but I was mind blown by its taste. A perfect fast food place under $15.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy a delicious burger. The food is very tasty, especially the amazing fries. While the portions may be on the smaller side, the flavors more than make up for it.

Got the cheeseburger and fries combo for 13, so many fries, the burger was great, and for a out of town Connecticut guy looking for a five guys alternative, not a bad choice. I will visit again

It was very good food. And calm environment. Ordered the double cheeseburger with sweet potato fries and soda. Reasonable NYC pricing. Would come here again and try out their special burgers.

The best burger I ever had. Try the Petey melt with Cajun-Fries. You won't regret it.
