Called to See wait time to work on trailer tire and service generator. Was told there is no wait time, come on in! Couldn’t figure out how to write two separate bills! Then told to pull up to bay 5 while they are figuring out the bills. Sat in front of bay 5 for an hour before getting pulled in. Sat for another 45 minutes and called to see what hold up is and was told technicians doing a PM and would be anothe 30 minutes and ended up another 55 minute wait! Took forever on the one tire and when job was complete went in to settle bill and informed clerk that generator wasn’t serviced so we will just settle bill for tire and leave. Was told we will be pulled into another bay to complete that!...

Backed into a bay 4 hours ago for a trailer tire change using the spare tire under my trailer. They have given me nothing but empty promises to start working on it. Another truck in the next bay has been here for as long as I have for a tire replacement, too. On top of that, the price to reserved park here overnight is now up to $28. The very people that spend so much of their hard-earned money here get royally screwed.

Coin machine is broke, can’t get quarters from the store got them at the fuel desk. Daychaleen was the only one in the store that was respectful. Had a horrible experience!!Went to get a PM on truck and trailer. Had a young BOY yell at us telling we had to move he was doing a Volvo and they don’t do trailers.We left. Very disappointed

Look, I don't mind paying $25 in store for your parking fee. But I do mind people knocking on my door when I'm paying for a spot. If I'm giving you money for parking, I expect the security to be excellent, and yet I got woken up twice on 3-19-23/3-20-23. Do better.

Rude staff. $25 for overnight parking. $16 for shower. ATT sucks here.Also reminder TA wifi is a scam so don't waste your money.
