Kali was a superstar!!!! We had an amazing experience tonight at P.F. Chang’s! The service from Kali was above and beyond! She was not only fast, efficient, and knowledgeable about everything she was kind, funny and personable! The food was also amazing, Perez was throwin it down on the Mapo Tofu and the Eggplant! Compared to Ohio this PFChang was special. From the greeter at the door, to the time it took to be seated and especially from the waiter Jesse who was superb. He was friendly, professional, knew the menu, service with a smile just a great asset to this establishment. The portions were great the Chicken Pad Thai was delicious. The place was clean. A definite return customer
I absolutely love P.F Chang’s but unbeknownst to me would I find myself loving the service more. With that being said, I have to take the time to highlight the hospitality Ja’Len provides. She is a great listener and extremely attentive. She ensured I hadmy condiments, extra fortune cookies, and an extra set of utensils and napkins. Thank you Ja’Len!
Great location, food was good. The customer service was great! Our server Aleigha was great! She knew the menu and made our dining experience so enjoyable! We will be back and hope to have Aleigha as a server again.

Had reservations. We were seated promptly but then ignored for 15 minutes while couples around us, who arrived after, were waited on. We left as clearly our business wasn’t appreciated.
Sucks like every other restaurant. Says approximately 15 minute wait when you check in. Been 30 plus minutes now. Everyone in front of us left. Good luck.
Aleigha was our server and did an amazing job. She is the best server I think I’ve ever had! Very attentive and had great suggestions for drinks and food.
Ja’Len was very helpful and fast on takeout tonight. She was friendly with a positive attitude!
