P.f. Chang's Glen Mills

I used to love Changs as one of my go-to restaurants, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The fried rice was dry, the spicy chicken lacked spice and was dry, and the crab wontons and pot stickers were underwhelming. It's unfortunate to see this decline in quality. I hoped it was just a one-time occurrence or a bad day for the kitchen, but this has happened consistently for the last three visits. It seems like they have not been able to recover since the pandemic. I will not be returning.

Quality of food has gone downhill. Service was not good. I requested time between appetizers and soup and main entree. Obviously the server did not listen to my request and brought everything to me right away. I sent them back and was given a very ugly response. Will not be returning there.

Christine our server was awesome! She did a great job welcoming us, explaining foods and how things are made fresh in the kitchen.

Excellent waitress Jasmine. Food was meh. Changes spicy chicken was less chicken and more breading.

I absolutely loved the lettuce wraps. The food was all delicious and the service was outstanding.
