the restaurant, say the orangery is something to over decorate for my taste. the whole looks like in the villa colorful. the service was unfortunately also not very attentive. so we had to wait 1/4 hours until we were asked if we wanted something else. the hammer were the prizes. an espresso for chf 6!.- prices as at the railway station in zürich. I had an appetizer that consisted of a few different tomato pieces plus a mozzarella, all in all a small portion for chf 19.- we haven't been in the bear for a long time, but after the evening it should take a long time again until we make a visit. I felt frankly a bit ripped off.
the atmosphere and the service in the restaurant were very good. the appetizers were small but tasteful. the main dish, the meat, was unfortunately with longs full and greasy. a dessert was missing during the daymenue. the complaint in the kitchen was accepted and apologised with "bad meat choice". it seems that the bear kitchen cannot meet the high own requirements (at relatively high price level.)
in this restaurant they get everything that the heart of fineness desires. the restaurant is homely furnished. the personal friendly and attentive. the courts are generous and the price is justified. the chief is always present. in short, necessarily by looking in the opposite. a visit is worth definitiw.
