Pfeffermühle - Reserva de mesa

Vorab:Obwohl es der Name "Pfeffermühle" nicht wirklich erwarten lässt, handelt es sich um ein spanische Restaurant, welches zusätzlich auch italienische und deutsche Gerichte anbietet.So bietet die Karte typische spanische (Standard-) Gerichte, welche man ja nicht überall findet (Paella (auf Vorbestellung), Boquerones, Calamares etc.). Außerdem gibt es aber auch SchniPoSa, Pasta, Pizza etc. Insgesamt ist die Karte sehr üppig.Die (duchaus schöne!) Einrichtung lässt ebenfalls keinen Spanier erwarten.Das Lokal war proppevoll (ohne Reservierung geht hier wochenends gar nichts!) und dies ist angabegemäß auch an Werktagen so.Die Bedienung war freundlich und schnell; kleinere Änderungswünsche sind...

I once ate Rigatoni with Rahmbolognese and once a Rahmschnitzel with Spätzle. Both food was very good and are also recommended. Critic point is only the paprika made from the glass as ornament. It can't be a problem to use fresh paprika in summer. The salad and the salad sauce used are impressive. The service is friendly. You can sit outside. Unfortunately, the passing traffic prevents the rise of cosiness, while inside it is very cozy. The price/performance ratio is fine. From my point of view, one of the better ways to eat in Waldkirch.

I always like to go to eat pizza. Every time a unique enjoyment, in my opinion there are the best pizzas in the area (Kaiserstuhl, Freiburg, Elztal). Yesterday for the first time ate mussels, also here: Top! Pricely normal, service and kindness are good to very good. Tip: about contomaxx the Sparkasse Freiburg there is a 10% discount on the price.

My husband and I had dinner here after seeing the restaurant name at the hotel we were staying at. I had the asparagus cream soup which was pretty good and the spaghetti carbonara. Who goes to eat here should try one of the meat dishes. The salad is famous among the forest churches and is loved by everyone. The crown is the gourmet salad. Since the owners of Spanish origin must of course be pre-ordered.
