Sehr nette Lage, aber das Essen war eher grausig. Zwar gab es etwas bayrisch untypisches, aber die Currywurst war ein Stückchen Fett und die Pommes hoffnungslos übersalzen. Das können auch Bayern besser... Dass ich aber "genötigt" wurde für ein alkoholfreies Radler (eine 0,5 Flasche alkoholfreies Bier musste extra geöffnet werden, welch Alptraum) dieses sozusagen zweimal zu konsumieren, weil man sonst die halbe Flasche hätte weggießen müssen, verwunderte mich sehr. Ohne mein Einverständnis hätte ich keines bekommen. Also musste ich zwei trinken. Kundenservice sieht anders aus. Königliches Bier wird hier zwar ausgeschenkt. Aber ich war kein König als Kunde.
Wir waren zu einer Hochzeit hier eingeladen. Die Lage ist toll, hier und da etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Anfangs hatten wir vom Service keinen positiven Eindruck, vor allem der Herr war etwas "verschlafen". Getränke zum Abendessen wurden schnell gereicht. Auch das Essen bei einer 50 Personen Gesellschaft kam schnell. Das Vorspeisenbuffet war gut, die Suppe super, das Spanferkel super weich, nur unter dem geeisten Kaiserschmarren hatten wir uns was anderes vorgestellt.Ein Kritikpunkt war der eklige Gestank bei und in den Toiletten.
Ci ha portati un amico del posto a mangiare in questo meraviglioso ristorante. Siamo rimasti totalmente estasiati dalla location incantevole in cui si trova. Prezzi accessibili per pietanze ottime e tipiche. Non è facilmente raggiungibile se non si ha un auto o se non si conosce bene la posizione ma lo consiglio davvero a chiunque sia di passaggio a Garmisch.

This restaurant is right on Pflegersee and the setting is just suberb. Went on a Saturday for lunch and they had live Bavarian music. Sat on their large terrasse and truely enjoyed ourselves. Drinks and lunch 35 euros.
