I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times. Unfortunately, the last two times I received the wrong order. The same girl took my order both times. I ordered a chicken parm sub and received a chicken parm pizza instead. Then, I ordered garlic bread and got French fries. The second time, the owner claimed that the girl said I ordered fries, which I found disrespectful. I asked him if he was calling me a liar and demanded a recorded call as proof. Eventually, my garlic bread was sent out. I have been a loyal customer for years, but after these experiences, I will not be ordering from this place again.
I ordered a vegetarian Cauliflower pizza last weekend for $14, but today I ordered the same pizza and was charged $20. When I called to inquire about the price difference, the girl on the phone told me they charged extra because of the veggies, which had never happened before. It would have been more professional if they had informed customers about the price change in advance. I don't mind paying the extra $6, but customers should be aware of the price before ordering. The service was very disappointing.
I must say, there will always be those individuals who you cannot ever satisfy and will give the lowest start.On the other note I want to say is that this Phillippo’s pizza is wonderful and their staff in person is great. Even over the phone, the food is excellent. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend this place of business to all my friends and family and any other individuals 5 stars all day!
I ordered the chicken parmigiana whole sub from this restaurant. It was massive and incredibly delicious, with a flavorful sauce. I also tried their pizza and was impressed with the generous amount of toppings. I highly recommend giving them a try, you won't be disappointed. Their delivery service is fast as well. I highly recommend this restaurant! Everything from pasta and pizza to seafood is incredibly delicious. The food is always fresh and the delivery is super quick. I recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food. Delivery service, food, and atmosphere all receive a 5-star rating.
