Manager here Joe was exceptional. Had a very busy day and line. I made a mistake with my order and location. He was extremely accommodating and got on the phone with other location having my order ready within minutes. Didn’t have to do it but it was very appreciated. And the food as always is top notch.
Terrific old school pretzels. Great prices. I like to bring ‘em home warm or heat ‘em up, but butter on ‘em (yup butter), and enjoy ‘em with a crisp cold beer. Just like I remember doing in Munich.
They make great party platters . I ordered a platter for same day pickup and it was ready when I got there. The staff is very friendly and the pretzels were great. I will be back again !

If you have a hankering for just a pretzel or two this is the place to go for it. I would also give the other stuff that's on the menu a try as well.
My goodness I ordered the mini dog pretzels it had no taste the dough was super dry as if it was made from an old left over dough never again
