There were red flags from the minute we walked in. The hostess stand was empty, so we waited a few minutes for somebody to come by and ask us how many. We told them 2 and they walked off. A few more minutes go by and somebody else walks by and asks us the same question. We answered again and she also walks off. We watch as she walks around the restaurant changing the channel on some of the TV screens... I frequently visit this restaurant and on this particular evening, there were only three other tables occupied. There was one server working and two more tables came in after we arrived. We ordered an individual veggie pizza and a sampler. Typically, we also order an appetizer, but the sampler we received had four out of five items that were very cold both on the outside and inside. When they brought us a second batch, the items were overcooked, but the mozzarella sticks were still uncooked on the inside. Our waitress, Mackenzie, was amazing! She provided outstanding service and even anticipated our needs by giving us a small pizza cutter, which was incredibly helpful with our two little kids. The food was delicious as always, and we truly appreciated the fantastic service. I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. Overall, our experience was a 5 in terms of both food quality and service, as well as the welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend trying the Pepperoni Pizza.

I stopped by this restaurant while on a business trip and was extremely impressed. It was one of the top 5 pizzas I have ever had. The service was excellent, with a rating of 5.
