Philos Greek Cuisine And Pizzeria

I’ve loved philos for years but I went today and was very disappointed, I understand it was packed but waitress brought 3 other people who came in 10 minutes after us their food, it could’ve been because I ordered the meat stick plater but it’s just salad, rice and chicken. The potatoes were stale and a bit cold, we weren’t even finished eating 5 minutes after she put or plates down she came around and tossed down a to go box on our table. Like I said it’s kind of understandable with how packed it was but she had no problem talking to the people around us. Very sad I loved this place so much but I will no longer feel welcomed.

The food is amazing but on TWO occasions I ordered 3 hours earlier, giving time to get my order ready, what a joke! First time I ordered at 1pm for 5pm pick up, was not ready, not even cooked! Then just todayI ordered at 3:30 to be ready for 5:30 not ready until almost 6pm! Disorganized, too many staff standing doing nothing, get it together. Do yourself a favor, don't bother ordering early! They forget about you!

The WORST service we have ever had in any restaurant ever !!!!!Waitress was rude. Slammed down the utensils and walked away. Waitress had the personality of a knat. No greeting , pleasant or otherwise! No smile, she did not come back to inquire how the meal was. She got .45 cents and that was too much . I do not recommend this restaurant.Vegetarian options: Veggie pita platter

**Vegetarian options**: They offer salad, cheese pizza, rice, fries, and more. **Parking**: There's plenty of parking available, but it can get busy during peak hours. We arrived around 5:45 PM on a Saturday, and the lot was quite full. **Kid-friendliness**: They have high chairs and booster seats available, and they provide crayons and drawing pages for the little ones. I ordered takeout and it was quite disappointing. Like many other places lately, their quality has greatly diminished. The chicken, potatoes, and salad—especially the tomatoes—were unappeasily large. The Greek flavors were lacking, overshadowed by an overwhelming amount of salt. It's a shame, as it used to be great.

We had the special, lentil soup, lasagna, dessert, and coffees . Everything tasted great and at a great price. Atmosphere is a bit loud, Service is great.

We have had take out twice now while driving through Cornwall on road trips, and it is by far our favourite!
