Pho 18 - Reserva de mesa

I really like the environment, there are lots of plants, feels like you are eating in the garden. Although the flavor is normal, the waitress was short with me, she asked me are you done, here is the bill when I was still eating. I said do I have to pay now. She said I am going to have my meal. She made me feel I had to finish my meal as soon as possible because she wanted to have hers. I asked for some bean sprouts and lime, she said they already put some in the bowel and asked me to pay more for one slice lime. The whole lime only worths 58 cents in grocery store. They also charge tea. Other pho restaurants offer free limes and free tea.

I love the food, but the service really takes it over the top. My husband usually picks up takeout on his way home from work, but I decided to dine in with the kids for once. The owner recognized us from 3 years ago!! She even remembered the table we sat at. The twins were 3 at the time, now they're 6. This time, they ordered a bubble tea to share for dessert, and she even put it into 2 cups for us without us asking. She's as fantastic as the food. They really make you feel welcome here.

This is my ultimate favorite restaurant AND staff! They ALWAYS remember me by name and what I can and can’t eat! The food is amazing and the staff are awesome, friendly, patient and they go out of their way to make sure your order is fresh, fast, and exactly how you want it prepared. I highly recommend Pho 18 in Thorold! Colleen Iankoulov

They were happy to take a last-minute reservation for a large group.They were ready for us when we arrived, service was fast, personable, and excellent, and food was outstanding!Only thing missing from a full 5 stars was that the bills took a long time to sort out.We will be back in a month when we come for our next tournament! Food was good, service was friendly and fast. I had the pad Thai and the only thing bad I would say about it was adding the Thai basil, it was not a good addition and I did have to ask for a lot more cilantro, which they gave me a bit more but still not as much as I would have wanted. All in all great place.

Great selection on the menu and see vegan friendly options as well!Would be nice for them to have complete vegan options (eg. peanut sauce) as opposed to some other substitute.Dietary restrictions: Vegan option fresh rolls. Peanut sauce substituted with Thai chili sauce.

Had a great experience last night at Pho 18. The service was great and the food was delectable. A little bit too much ginger for me, but overall, it was a great meal. The atmosphere is really nice with all the plants and nice music.

My favorite pho restaurant in Niagara Region. Love the Vermicelli dish with Vietnamese sausage. One of a kind!
