They have completely forgotten my orders for pick up and didn't prioritize mine even when I showed up and asked. Their priority was dine-in guests. As a result, I had to wait for 1h 25m from ordering online until I finally picked them up. What is worse is they missed one of the items. I called the restaurant again asking a refund. They didn't issue the refund immediately. Eventually I made a claim to Doordash and got the refund from them, not from the restaurant. Their service is so terrible! Stay away!
The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. We arrived for lunch just before midday and were seated quickly. We ordered two bowls of pho and a vermicelli dish with grilled meat. I appreciated how beautifully presented and organized our meals were. The vermicelli bowl was a generous portion, packed with plenty of high-quality meat. Overall, it was one of the delightful dining experiences we enjoyed during our time in New York.
Korean-inspired Vietnamese cuisine! Are you ready for a real challenge? Think you can handle it? Haha. Definitely give the spicy boar bell garlic a try—it's incredibly tasty! Just be sure to ask for extra napkins, as they tend to tear easily when you’re eating. The crispy spring rolls are large and delicious, and the summer rolls are fantastic as well. The staff is excellent—friendly and very accommodating.

I had the special thin beef belly pho. While it doesn't quite compare to the pho I've had back in Vietnam, it does bring back memories of Ph.-Hyd tái lăn at home. The banh mi was large, but the flavor fell short. I recommend coming for the pho rather than the sandwich.
SP3 Spicy Thin Beef Belly Pho: The flavor is great, but there's not enough meat, making it not worth the price. The Coconut Shrimp Tempura: The vegetable bed makes it too wet, resulting in the tempura losing its crispiness.
This is the best pho I've ever tasted! The chicken fried rice was also delicious, especially with a bit of soy sauce. But honestly, the pho was the highlight—absolutely the best I've had!
Fresh, great flavor, they don’t disappoint: I’ve been here 3 times and each time was a pleasant experience. Broth taste clean and authentic, good portion too
