The new side of oxtail must be a new thing Each time I’ve come here they’re always usually fairly busy which is a great sign the broth to the pho is good and the staff is always nice they do what they can even when they’re a bit behind but I’ve never sat down like other places and it’s taken more than 40 mins to get my food it’s always under 15mins if not in 5 for me here I also tried their spring rolls , regular and the pork meatball and they’re both amazing You will also find that their chili oil has a bit more kick than most places a plus for me but a warning for those who aren’t used to spice Over all a great place

The flavors were amazing, and the portions were quite generous. I was particularly impressed by the fried rice—it was enormous and tasty. The restaurant was busy with diners, creating a lively atmosphere. However, the floor was unexpectedly dirty for some reason. The owner came by to see how we were enjoying our meal, which was a lovely gesture. I would definitely go back. Food: 5/5

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was absolutely delightful! The server was attentive and provided excellent recommendations. I really enjoyed the Thai tea, spring rolls with peanut sauce, beef brisket pho, and chicken banh mi. I feel fortunate to live so close to such fantastic dining options; my biggest challenge now is deciding which one to try next!

Edited with update. The food here is my favorite, the dining in experience is lacking. The employees (one in specific) is very rude and moody. If it wasn't for him, I'd frequent here more but instead I settle for where I'm treated right. I also can't stand the fee to use cards, but they don't take checks and I don't carry cash. The pho was amazing, offering a selection of different beef cuts and tendons, which is something that many pho places in Minnesota usually don't have. The staff was friendly and inviting. I would certainly come back. As for being kid-friendly, my kids loved the complimentary lollipops!

I placed a pickup order and sat down toInspect my food. Almost immediately after receiving it, a young Asian man who worked there approached and stood next to me, making his presence known. This didn’t make me feel welcomed at all.

Authentic Vietnamese restaurant in BP! What a great discovery! The Canh Chua is delicious, and the Bun Bo Hue is unforgettable. Thank you, Pho 99. Keep up the fantastic cooking!
