A friend recommended Pho Banh Mi, so we decided to stop by and try it based on their high praise. I ordered the Grilled Beef Sandwich with Coconut Juice. The sandwich featured shredded lettuce, julienned pickled veggies, vermicelli, charbroiled beef, and crushed peanuts on top. It was incredible—a true masterpiece! However, the sandwich was quite small; I could have easily eaten two to feel satisfied. You can also choose chicken or pork as an alternative. One friend had chicken fried rice, which was different from the typical Chinese style, another tried the lemongrass chicken, two ordered soup bowls, and another had pho. Everything was fresh and delicious—I could barely stop eating my bowl...
**Fried Spring Rolls:** Perfectly fried with a delightful pork filling. They were crispy and delicious; however, the fish sauce could have been better—perhaps a bit darker in color.
**Pho Tai:** The broth was smooth and beautifully balanced—not too salty and not bland at all. The combination of beef broth and spices gave it a wonderful aroma. I did think it could use a few more noodles, but there was a generous amount of beef for a large serving. Overall, it's some of the best pho I've had.
**Banh Bao and Banh Mi Cha Lua:** The Banh Bao was fluffy and incredibly soft, though it could have used a bit more filling. A touch of celery and onion in the pork mixture would have added extra flavor...
Grrat service and friendly staff. Nothing bad to say, its a nice little place. Fried Spring Rolls: Nicely fried with a mixture of pork. Crispy and tasty. The fish sauce mixture was ok, not tangy enough. Pho Tai: The broth has a nice smooth taste, notsalty, not bland, the beef broth and spices give it a nice aroma. I felt it needed a bit more noodles, but it had a good amountof beef for a large. Its good Pho all around. Banh Bao and Banh Mi Cha Lua: The quality of the Banh Bao is fluffy and verysoft, but need more filling, the pork mixture needs a bit of celery and onion for extra aroma. Banh Mi has that nice crispybread like it should have, but the amount of cha lua was not a lot, like 5 sli...
From their bánh mì to their noodle soups and grilled meat, the food does not at all match how it’s presented in the website photos. You may be thoroughly disappointed if you expect otherwise. The food is mediocre and the portions rather skimpy for the price. Be prepared to pay a couple of dollars more per dish than what’s advertised. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I also ordered some chả giò, which vanished quickly in the car! I love that they use rice paper for the wraps, and they’re much bigger than those from other nearby spots, plus they're loaded with meat. However, I wish there were more noodles and vegetables inside. The service was friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back to try more items from the menu!
I absolutely love the pho broth here! Their grilled chicken bánh mì is the best around. They’re a bit short-staffed right now, so the wait may be a little longer than usual—please be patient! For those who’ve tried both, I personally prefer their pho and bánh mì over Mi Lay Chay down the street.

I really enjoy the food at Pho Banh Mi, but I wish they had more staff to handle taking orders, serving food, answering calls, and coordinating with delivery drivers. It’s a lot for just one person to manage, especially when there are multiple tables to serve.

The soup was only lukewarm, not as hot as it used to be or should be. I ordered P1, P2, and P4 for my kids. While the flavors were good, the portions of noodles were insufficient. Even with the large pho bowls, we were still left hungry.
