Pho Bistro Centreville

Who leaves more than one star here? I have never seen a pho with such few meat pieces. The meat was literally shredded into small pieces and so small amount! Can barely tasted the meat. Unbelievably stingy with the meat. I usually never leave negative reviews but this place is too much. I am leaving this for other people to avoid and the owner should know what food they are serving.

Disappointing dinner. I ordered delivery. The Pho Seafood did not have much seafood, and it had a questionable smell and texture. Even the veggies were scarce. The vegetarian broth was flavorful (for vegetable broth). I do not recommend. Vegetarian options: Got the pho seafood and it did not have a lot of fillings. The shrimp did not smell great. Disappointing dinner.

Will not come here again. This place isn’t authentic at all. The spring rolls weren’t fully cooked. The waiter did not stop by at all other than to drop off the food, and it wasn’t busy.. the place was pretty much empty. I had to get up myself to ask for the check. Also WAY TOO OVERPRICED! Watch out asking for a side of any meats..

Stop! Do not order from this location. The Pho Bistro used to be a great place to eat. Quality and portion have diminish to an unacceptable rate for the money that they are charging. Centreville has multiple great pho restaurants. Stay away from this one. Consider yourself warned.

Have been going here for years. Broth is clear/clean.. noodles are soft. Meat portion is normal. One of the best tasting pho. Gave 4 star because there's only one size.
