I've been coming to this place for several years now and stopped coming during the pandemic. I recently stopped by and had lunch with my sisters on one of those hella cold winter days. We each bought a chicken pho and I added meatballs to mine and made it a large instead of the regular. After a few minutes the pho was out and we were ready to eat. I couldn't really tell the size difference except for mine being the only one with meatballs. In the photos you can tell they don't look different in size. I'm Vietnamese, I've eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants in the South Bay and in Vietnam. I'm going to cut it short, this place is not good. My first warning sign as that a majority of this menu is written in English instead of Vietnamese with English translations. I was surprised to find they sold banh xeo here, and while it is a large crepe, I find it very disappointing in terms of taste of both the crepe itself and the fish sauce. I was a loyal customer until my recent experience. I ordered my usual Pho through their new website and, after waiting for a while, called the restaurant for an update. One of the staff informed me that this new website was a scam, and that the person who set it up hadn’t paid them, so they wouldn't be fulfilling my order. Nice atmosphere. Clean and well tended. Our server was patient and very nice. We had spring rolls and I had beef pho and my friend had a pork banh mi. $44.44 for the meal. Not horrible nowadays. But not awesome. Her sandwich was apparently oddly sweet. The roll was more like a Kaiser bun but warm and made her happy. The carrots seemed to be in a mayo preparation. Not just fresh carrots. I decided to try a different Vietnamese restaurant this time, and chose one based in Redwood City due to its high ratings. Unfortunately, my experience was quite mediocre. We ordered Pho #B16 and Wonton noodles, both of which were just average and didn’t stand out compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I've visited. The wonton noodle soup didn’t taste authentic at all. On a positive note, their organic soymilk was quite good. The dining area was spacious and had a cozy decor, which I appreciated.
I'm a regular. They always have seating available and friendly service. I will say that they go very light on the diced vegetables in the pho, (limited green onion, and cilantro) however the pho is pretty solid. I recommend going earlier in the day when I go at night time the soup always seems to be less fresh. Overall I recommend this place over any other pho spot in the area other than Pha Ha Noi
The service here is excellent and incredibly friendly, making you feel like part of the family. The food is consistently delicious. Our family's favorite dishes include the papaya salad, salt and pepper calamari, pork banh mi, and the shrimp pho. The Thai iced tea is also fantastic!
Great food and excellent service. I've certainly had better pho, but this place definitely satisfies your craving for authentic Southern Vietnamese cuisine. They also offer outdoor seating.

Very disappointed I Ordered on door dash and found a live bug in our food upon arrival I already felt this place was overpriced and this is just unacceptable
