Phở Factory - Reservar una mesa

The tofu pho was delicious, and the broth was some of the best I have *ever* tasted. The noodles were served ready to eat (no need to wait for them to soften! , and we were served PLENTY of basil, bean sprouts, and jalapeños. The pho comes in three sizes, and the medium was perfect. Vegan items are marked with a leaf icon.

Not many vegan options, but the ones they have are delicious! The vegan Tofu Pho has a large vegetable broth and the Tofu summer rolls with peanut sauce really hit the point. Portion sizes are big!

That was my birthday restaurant of choice this year. I always like the Tofu Vermicelli bowl, and the non-vegan family friends I went with really enjoyed their choice too.

Great portions, very tasty. The staff is knowledgeable. When I asked Tofu about the court, they asked if I wanted to do it with the vegetarian sauce so I could take it.

That was my first time I was phoe, and the waiting staff was very helpful. In the menu there were at least 3-4 vegan options.
