But beyond just supporting local businesses, the food here is really top-notch. The egg rolls, while not the best I've ever had, are still really good. I have never been disappointed at this restaurant, especially when craving some fresh noodle chicken pho! The pho is served piping hot, with perfect portions and accompanied by steamed bean sprouts, cilantro, and lemons on the side. The chicken is fresh, tender, and cooked to perfection - not rubbery or dry like some other places! The broth is clean and when combined with a spoonful of their ginger sauce, it's the perfect finishing touch. Tucked away in a busy mini-mall, clearly a local favorite. Don't be deterred by the parking lot. Plenty of street parking. Service was really friendly and helpful. Attentive.
