The food, service, and atmosphere is great but the portion of the food is horrible. Please hear me out... A bowl of Pho noodles with rare steak, tendons, and tripes cost close to $20 and they only give you 4 slices of meat, and a few small pieces of tendons and tripes. I then asked for additional meat and they said they have have to charge me an extra $8 for 7 additional slices of meat. That brings a grand total close to $27. I'm sorry to say but that is ridiculous. I hope the owner and/or manager read this and can bring forth some kind of reform with respect to the portion of food you get. I have no choice but to give it a 1 ? because of that. I'm sorry to say but this place is shiesty.
Food 3 Service 1 Atmosphere 3Food and atmosphere are pretty alright, what you’d expect of any other pho restaurant.Service was terrible. Waiter didn’t write down any of my party’s orders and ended up bringing 3/4 of the orders wrong. When we brought up attention on the wring orders all the server had to say was “I know what I heard and I’m right”. The server was rude and didn’t even offer to make corrections on the order.Bonus: server’s finger was in the soup.
If you come here..get ready to have to chase them down just to put your order in all the way until until you try to get your check. If you order something on the menu it's like they have a choice if they want to make that or not that day. The lemonade tasted rotten. They really don't care here.
Pretty disappointed. Got seated right away. BUT, we were seated for over 10 minutes NO SERVER to give us even water and attention! It's noonish. The place is not busy. They have good selection of food. Not even the waiter, who handed the next table's tab, was aware of us. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

I always order Pho Tendon only. A few times before the tendon was tough, but today it was the worst. It was not tender as it should be. The cooking was prepared in a hurry to serve more customers at once. I'm not coming back here!?
I have been coming to Pho Ha and Pho Ha Plus for yeare whenever I am craving pho. These days I prefer to get the vermicelli with pork and egg roll, today i got it with pork and fried shrimp paste- which was yummy!
The ingredients in pho combo #1 was not quite enough for the price. Also, the egg rolls were good but overpriced too. It's not an average prices pho restaurant overall.
We came here for the bone marrow dish. The dish was okay. We also order Banh Mi, Spring Rolls and Broken Rice with charbroiled pork. It is a mediocre place. Nothing

This is one of the best pho places in the area, with reasonable prices. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 4/5.
A little more expensive than other pho spots I've eaten at but their food was also better with bigger portions
