Pho Hien Saigon - Reserva de mesa

I was encouraged to try Pho Hien through an article in the Herald Sun newspaper. It claimed to be the best pho and I thoroughly agree. The pho stock had so much depth of flavour. There are many pho combinations to choose from. I had a beef combination which included offal tasty bits. The accompanying herbs and bean sprouts are very fresh and it is a generous helping. The staff are efficient and helpful.

My top 5 go to list on the weekend. This family owned restaurant made one of the best Pho in melbourne, you can get ‘of all’ here! My favourite Pho is rare beef and tendon! Asking for extra serve of meats or tendon in a small bowl for extra few dollars! <br/ <br/ Rice with crispy chicken was really fresh, crisp and full of flavour.! <br/ <br/ Definitely a regular here

Pho is comfort food for me when im sick, and this place has help me battle some of the toughest bouts of manflu I have had in the past few years. the broth tastes both with or without a blocked nose, this place is a simple restaurant and can get fairly busy at peak timesPro tip ' siracha sauce with chicken pho '  is better than codral cold in flu LOL

The best Pho in Australia can be found in Scumshine. It is worth the trip to try it out. If you're feeling hungry, be sure to order the large size, but only if you're strong enough to handle it. This restaurant specializes in Pho, though they do offer other Vietnamese dishes.The price is reasonable and the servings are generous.My family usually get an entree and two small and two baby size bowls of Pho, they are large enough for anyone, though if you are hungry the large size looks like a small bathtub!
